Toronto Tech Week is here!! 🚀

After months of planning, Day 1 is officially kicking off across the city.

This week, Toronto becomes one big tech campus. Hundreds of events. Thousands of attendees. Endless opportunities.

It’s going to be busy. It’s going to be energizing. And it’s going to be a lot of fun!!

Before you hit the streets, here are a few quick reminders to help you make the most of the week.

You’ll be moving around the city, meeting people, checking into events, and probably running between more rooms than you planned.

Bring the essentials:

  • A phone charger

  • A power bank

  • Water

  • Anything else that helps you stay charged, hydrated, and ready for the day

Future you will thank you.

A Few Toronto Tech Week Best Practices

Update your registration if your plans change.
If you can no longer attend an event, please update your registration so hosts can better manage their rooms and open spots for others.

Check in on events you really want to attend.
Even if an event looks full, last-minute spots often open up. Keep an eye on the event page and check in to grab your spot.

Be open, friendly, and welcoming.
This is a big week with a lot of people moving through the city. Say hi, make room, introduce yourself, and help make Toronto Tech Week feel like the community it is.

Use transit or bike share where you can.
The city will be busy, so give yourself extra time and use public transit, biking, or walking whenever possible.

Double-check before you go.
Before you head out, confirm the event location, time, registration details, and any notes from the host. A quick check can save you a lot of running around.

Remember: each event is independently hosted.
Toronto Tech Week is a decentralized week of events, which means each host manages their own day-of operations. If you have questions, need support, or have last-minute changes, please reach out to the respective event host directly.

Get Around the City with Bike Share Toronto
